ShardSense Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the ShardSense website, community features, forum areas, profiles, posts, replies, uploads, and related services. By using ShardSense, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use ShardSense. Users under 13 are not permitted to create or use an account or participate in the community.
2. No NSFW or 18+ content
ShardSense is intended to be a general-audience Minecraft community. Do not post, upload, link to, request, or distribute pornography, sexual content, nudity, fetish content, sexually explicit material, or other NSFW/18+ content.
3. Keep content appropriate
Do not post obscene, excessively vulgar, hateful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or content. Casual language may be tolerated, but content intended to shock, target, degrade, or make the community unsafe may be removed.
4. No advertising or outside promotion
Do not use ShardSense primarily to advertise, promote, spam, or redirect users to outside websites, communities, stores, servers, services, referral links, or other platforms without permission from ShardSense moderation.
5. No scams, impersonation, or deceptive claims
Do not scam users, impersonate another person, falsely claim ownership of an account or channel, misrepresent verification, or deliberately provide misleading information. Verification marks may only be granted through ShardSense's official verification process.
6. No harassment or abuse
Do not threaten, bully, stalk, dox, target, or repeatedly harass other users. Do not publish private or sensitive information about another person without permission.
7. No spam or disruptive behavior
Do not flood threads, repeatedly post the same content, abuse mentions, manipulate votes, evade moderation, or intentionally interfere with the website or community.
8. User content
You are responsible for what you post. Only upload content you have the right to share. ShardSense may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content that violates these Terms or harms the community.
9. Moderation and enforcement
ShardSense may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove access for users who violate these Terms. Serious violations may result in immediate removal without a warning. Attempts to evade a restriction may result in additional enforcement.
10. Service availability
ShardSense may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided as available and may occasionally contain bugs, downtime, or incomplete features.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as ShardSense develops. Continued use of the service after an update means you agree to the revised Terms.
